Our Cottages |
Open All Year, Short Breaks available. We are open all year including Christmas and the New Year. However we would recommend booking early for key dates. Apart from the usual peak seasons we do get especially busy during the seal watching season at Donna Nook on the Lincolnshire coast. So if you are looking for a break in November or early December, especially if it involves more than one cottage, then booking early will avoid disappointment. Any Length of stay, any day.We can accommodate you for any length of stay from one night to three months. Also we do not have fixed arrival days, so if you want to arrive on a Sunday and leave on a Wednesday then that's fine. (Subject to Availability) One, Two and Three Bedroom Cottages. We have cottages sleeping 2, 4 or 6 people and can accommodate up to 20 people in total for that special occasion or family get together. Please click the links on the left for full details of our cottages. Our online availability is updated several times a day so you can rest assured that the information you see is as current as possible and if you're looking for group accommodation and want to check several cottages at once you can use our Quick Check facility which will let you know how many cottages are available for any given dates. All parking is off road and very close to your cottage. History restored. The cottages were converted from some 19th Century farm buildings and retain the names that were used during their original use. The Stable, for example originally housed the shire horses that were used to pull the implements to work the land on the farm. The conversion took over 2 years and for those interested there is a web log which was written as the work was taking place. It makes fascinating reading, even for me, a good reminder of what we went through to get where we are now! There is also our background page which tells the story of how we arrived at Westfield Farm in the first place. Quality Assured. All our cottages are assessed each year by Visit Britain which is part of Quality in Tourism and used to be known as the English Tourist Board. We continue to receive 4 stars for the majority of our cottages. The Bull Shed is rated 3 stars mainly due to the fact that it does not have a washing machine, however the quality of our furniture, fixtures and fittings is consistent throughout. All Major Credit Cards Accepted. We can accept all major credit or debit cards via secure online servers. Details of how to use this system will be sent to you once a booking has been made. You may also pay using PayPal or if you prefer to pay by cheque then that is fine by us.

Updates Summer Short Breaks 2009 Just because it's summer doesn't mean you can't enjoy a short break at Westfield. Tariffs for 2009 Although energy and laundry costs have risen significantly we have manged to keep our increases to a minimum meaning a stay at Westfield still represents excellent value for money. In fact we have frozen our peak season prices for the fourth year running meaning a peak season stay still costs from less than 12 pounds per person per night* Seal Watching - Donna Nook The Seal Watching season at Donna Nook was again very popular during 2008 and we are already getting bookings for 2009. Please note that we do get very busy, especially at weekends, so if you are organising a visit in November or early December 2009 that involves booking more than one cottage please book early. Useful Links (Courtesy of Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust) Information and advice about the Seals Peak Season Breaks Unlike many self catering establishments we still accept short breaks through the peak seasons. *Price based on a full weeks stay in peak season using the Barn with a six person occupancy.
